Every single cartridge, toner and product we sell are genuine OEM products. We never have and never will sell compatible products.

Your order will typically arrive within 48 hours, order by 4pm and typically your order will arrive the next working day.

Yes! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Ordered the wrong product or simply just changed your mind you can return your item to us for a full refund. Please note we can’t accept returns for items that aren’t sealed in their original packaging.

All products advertised with ‘next day’ delivery, and that are ordered before the specified cut off time on the product will arrive the next business day following despatch (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank/Public Holidays). This service is typically provided by Fedex, and, in our experience, 98% of items do arrive the next business day (in some circumstances other couriers / delivery services may also be used to ship your product).

Very occasionally across our delivery network we may experience delays, we try to mitigate these wherever possible. Each order comes with its unique tracking code, this is shared with you once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can use this tracking code to see exactly where your order is. Some orders are split into separate packages, as we have multiple warehouses. This is to provide better availability and efficiency for our customers.

Each package will contain an invoice showing the price of the contents of each package. The sum of the invoices in each package received will total the full price of the whole order.

You can amend your delivery address at any time throughout the order process. The best place to put an alternate delivery address is on the checkout page, at the bottom of the billing address.

However, if the order has been accepted please contact us immediately via telephone or live chat.

If you place an order out of business hours we are unable to amend the delivery address prior to shipment therefore we would ask you to contact the address originally provided as this is where the good will be delivered.
